The Bachelor's project marks the end of the Bachelor of Engineering degree programme, and students independently have to convert an idea into a product. Supported by weekly supervision sessions, the students are responsible for managing the project themselves, and they must document their work process and substantiate their choices and analyses via academic arguments.
The students are prepared for their future job market within the medical industry, where there is strong focus on documentation. All decisions must therefore be documented systematically, and choices/analyses must be supported by academic arguments.

Students can work both individually or in small groups. The project itself can be initiated by:

Weekly supervision sessions | The students are supported by weekly supervision sessions with their assigned supervisor. | ||
Exam | The assessment focuses on the degree of systematic project management and documentation on the project. There is therefore no definite requirement for a functioning product at the end, just that the students have documented their work process along the way and have good arguments/reasons for why the project was not completed. |
