Intelligent Agents

You can use and create Intelligent Agents in Brightspace to automate some features in Brightspace. Intelligent Agents is a feature that is set up to perform a specific task when certain parameters are met. It can set Intelligent Agents to send emails if students reach a certain point in your course or if they have not been inside the course for an extended period of time. Intelligent Agents can also be used to create a specific order in your course.
